John was born and raised in Tzermiado, Lassithi Plateau. He is a qualified Physical Education Professor with a specialization in mass sports with many years of experience, and a lot of knowledge on first aid. His love for nature and his passion for the biodiversity of his place, led him since 2013 through tours in the mountains of the Lassithi Plateau to know quite well the properties and uses of plants and especially herbs and their processing as drinks. His love and passion for nature and his knowledge of biodiversity and endless hours in the mountains of the Lassithi Plateau and his experience in sports have led him in recent years to organize hiking trails and recreational activities so that everyone can enjoy the beauties of the Lassithi Plateau and give them the opportunity to learn about herbs and be able to try them!
